I brought in a 5yr old and a 3yr old for their first dentist visit. In my head I was thinking they were going to hate me forever. They were going to be scared, would be afraid of the dentist their whole lives.
To my surprise, it was the total, complete opposite. Neither were, at any point during the visit, scared. The staff were friendly, careful, they explained everything to us (their parents) and then to the children before they did anything. My husband and I are very impressed!

The staff really knows how to work with children in a loving, professional way. I never would have dreamed it would go so smoothly, but everyone treated Camryn like she was a special guest. After her procedure, I asked her what she liked best, she said, "the bear hug," (blood pressure!) when I asked what she didn't like the best, she said, "I liked all of it!". I really enjoy taking my children to Smile Zone we have been going here for almost 4 years now. My oldest doesn't like the toothpaste or vitamin taste and cries every time...she is a picky eater as well so not really something the dentist has control over but they are always very sweet and patient with her, never making her feel bad and talks her through it. My youngest is only one and does very good. The TVs above the chair really helps, as well as the prize at the end. Keep up the good work!
